As we get older, we must make a more intentional effort to maintain optimal flexibility! Lack of flexibility is a large cause of physical injury so in order to make it through this 31 days successfully our stretch days will be essential! I recommend doing 1 minute of jumping jacks, jump rope, or high knees just to warm up a bit prior to stretching! Each stretch should be held for 25-30 seconds so this sequence should take less than 20 minutes! Post in the GroupMe once you've completed this workout.
